Central Sierra Continuum of Care (CA-526)
Working to end homelessness in the foothills
ATCAA is part of the Central Sierra Continuum of Care (CA-526) that serves Amador, Calaveras, Mariposa and Tuolumne Counties. Members meet on a monthly basis to promote a community-wide commitment toward the goal of ending homelessness. The Continuum secures and provides funding for efforts by nonprofit providers and State and local governments to quickly re-house homeless individuals and families to minimize trauma and dislocation; promotes access to and effective utilization of mainstream programs; and optimizes self-sufficiency among individuals and families experiencing homelessness.
CSCoC meetings are held on the 4th Wednesday of each month at 10:30am at the Calaveras County Community Training Room at 1045 Jeff Tuttle Drive, San Andreas, CA. For meeting information, funding updates and more, visit the COC website.
