Registration is required for each participant over the age of 18. Only adults over the age of 18 can participate in the Focus Group to receive a $25 gift card. Those under 18 will still receive dinner. Children 8 and above can accompany adults as long as they won't distract the adults from participating. If you have children under 8 and need childcare, please indicate below.
We will try to offer childcare for those under 8 years. If we can not provide it, we will contact you. We prefer you do not bring children under 8 without childcare.
